Art Club for Young Adults
( Ages 13-18)
This drop off art exploration class for teens will be a blast for your blooming artist as they explore various art materials, tools and art processes through open-ended projects and artist-led experiences.
We pride ourselves on simple instructed techniques through discovery based inquiry. Your child will immerse themself in the magic and mystery that art has to offer, such as mixing paint to create new colors, turning simple shapes into recognizable objects and much more! Come dressed to make a mess, not to impress, because an apron can only do so much!

Weekly themes
Each program consists of its own weekly theme, so that your child has something new to anticipate with each coming week.
Flexible Classes
Classes build upon each other, but can be taken independently to fit your busy family’s schedule.
Unique & Creative Lessons
Our art lessons are designed to keep your artist engaged, whether it’s learning how to draw a self-portrait or creating a contemporary collage. Teen Art Club themes include painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking, collage & more!
Process-based Art supports emerging artists!
We support and embrace process-based art projects here at Dandelion Creative Space. Process-based art is different than the normal teacher-led model that shows students a right” and “wrong “way of completing a piece of art. According to NAEYC, utilizing the process-based model supports cognitive development by prompting children to compare, predict, plan and problem solve in the studio! Read more about it here!
